深层高压气井试油前的井完整性评价技术研究

Abstract: There are many potential risks during the period from drilling to well testing for HTHP gas wells. At early stages,without any effective measures had been taken during well testing because of the lack of knowledge about these risks, which resulted in several HTHP gas wells failed and even abandoned due to tubing failure, casing deformation and so on during well testing.Aiming at the risks in well testing for HTHP gas wells, this paper analyzes the integrity of well barriers consisting of formation, wellbore and well head during the period from drilling to well testing for HTHP gas well. A well integrity evaluation method for HTHP gas well before well testing has been put forward, which can find potential risks by evaluating drilling information, unusual drilling condition, well condition and so on. There is also an example that using this method to evaluate the well integrity of one HTHP gas well before well testing. The result shows that the condition of the well integrity is well and the components of the well barrier are build up as design. The subsequent design and construction are based on remaining strength after production casing evaluation. This paper provides a powerful technology support for the design and control of HTHP gas well integrity.

摘要:  深层高压气井由于恶劣的井况和工况条件造成钻井转试油井存在大量潜在风险,前期由于对这些风险的认识不足,在试油设计和施工过程中未采取有效措施,导致多口深层高压气井试油过程中发生油管柱失效、套管变形等事故而造成作业失败甚至井报废。针对深层高压气井试油作业过程中的安全风险,以典型深层高压气井钻井转试油阶段的井屏障分析为基础,针对地层、井筒和井口三个井屏障组成单元开展完整性状况分析,形成了一套深层高压气井试油前的井完整性评价方法,通过对钻井资料、钻井事故异常情况、井现状等的深入评估,识别井潜在风险。并针对一口深层高压气井为例开展试油前的井完整性评价,井完整性评价得出实例井完整性状况较好,各井屏障部件均按照设计要求建立,后续设计和施工以生产套管评价后的剩余强度为基础。为深层高压气井完整性设计和控制提供了有力的技术支撑。
